Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a mid-level associate to join our trademark practice in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco. We serve many well-known national companies, including major media, entertainment, wholesale and retail distributors, financial institutions, technology, food and beverage, and luxury goods brands. If you are seeking a collegial law firm environment where you can work closely with partners on interesting matters, we look forward to hearing from you. In this role, you will work alongside experienced lawyers who are invested in mentorship and professional growth. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of trademark clearance, prosecution, TTAB, and enforcement experience. We prefer candidates with law firm experience, excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset. The annualized salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $225,000 to $290,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts,401(k), vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
