DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Select, interview, and hire Load Verifier candidates
* Develop and maintain the Load Verifier training program
* Conduct classroom and on-the-job Load Verifier training
* Transport the Load Verifiers to and from their aircraft assignments
* Supervise the performance of Load Verifiers
* Communicate and coordinate the Load Verifier involvement to company, regulatory, contractor, and customer staff

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the Load Verifier Staffing needs and issues
* Schedule the Load Verifiers
* Conduct regular and annual evaluations of each Load Verifier's performance

QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Five years of experience in aviation cargo operations
* Five years of supervisory experience
* Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Security Threat Assessment and / or airport SIDA credential.
* Knowledge and experience with aircraft loading, aircraft ground handling, and cargo and aircraft safety measures.
* Knowledge and experience with cargo and aircraft security regulations and measures.
* Valid driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prefer associate or bachelor's degree
* Knowledge or experience with ICAO or FAA Safety Management Systems rules and processes
* Previous experience as instructor or trainer
