THE JOB:

As a Club Host at Commonwealth Bar, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at our nightclub by delivering exceptional service and fostering connections with both current and potential guests. Your efforts in effective networking and relationship building will not only enrich the atmosphere but also drive revenue, all while adhering to the established policies and procedures of MGM Resorts International. Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!

STARTING RATE: $18.95 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• As a Host, you will warmly greet guests and check their identification, ensuring adherence to MGM SHOW standards for a positive first impression.
• Control the flow of guests coming into the restaurant, bar, and lounge.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience minimum in a Host person in similar, high-volume bar, nightclub, or fine dining establishment
• Must be 18 years of age
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms
