Job Description:
The key responsibilities will be HR Generalist work:
* Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions
* Coordinate EE engagement committee
* Posting open positions; supporting recruitment
* Provide weekly onboarding
* Managing Employee Relations issues
* Assisting with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover

Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements HR experience; Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? 2-3 years previous HR experience; ideally in manufacturing and/or working with diverse employee groups.
