Staffmark is hiring a Production Molder in Aitkin, MN for a leading company in the rubber manufacturing industry. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $16.75/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Follow work instructions to ensure quality production
  • Use correct materials, tools, and press settings
  • Learn proper material weighing techniques
  • Inspect and trim parts as needed
  • Accurately count and package finished products



No prior experience? No problem! This is an entry-level position with full training provided.
