Our partner company has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Machine Operator position with a leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, TN. Pay rate: $14 - $17/hr. (Pay varies depending on the shift and the specific machine employee is assigned to) Schedules available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and guiding fabric through napping machines while ensuring proper machine maintenance and continuous production. The role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, constant standing or walking on concrete floors, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Operators must follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members, and support high-quality output with minimal waste. Additional duties include cross-training, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualified candidates will have two years of related experience.
