Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays

As a Machine Operator, you'll perform daily maintenance, clean equipment, and make minor adjustments to ensure efficient production of quality parts. You'll handle setup, job prioritization, and sequencing while working closely with the team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to follow instructions are key. We're committed to quality and safety, and we expect the same from our employees in contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine operations and support assembly
• Ensure quality standards are met for all produced parts
• Report defective materials or issues to supervisor/lead
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to shift schedules, including overtime when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Contribute to team goals and maintain safety standards
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Perform daily equipment cleaning and minor adjustments
• Set up production, prioritize, and sequence tasks
• Familiar with machine functions and basic setups
• Follow safety regulations and company policies
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform necessary computer tasks for the role
