This position willlead a variety ofprojectsand teams to apply Quest Management System (QMS) principles and tools to ensure Quest Diagnostics Health Systems and Professional Laboratory Partnerships isefficientand effective inthe delivery of its services, solutions, and processeswhile improving customerand employeesatisfaction.This position will evaluate Health Systems data to find insights that allow us to prioritize what we focus on to have the highest customer value.This position will gain alignment from the organization to drive improvement initiatives.
- Leads process improvement projects and working teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and closeprojects

Required WorkExperience:
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion(4 to 6years' experience)

- Background in Laboratory Operations
- Developing leading and lagging metrics

EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Project Management or other related degree required.
LICENSECERTIFICATIONS Formal training in project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Lean, Theory of Constraints)
