DETAILS Location: Irving, TX 75039 (some occasional onsite work required) Position Type: 6M C2H Hourly / Salary: to $170K + 15% bonus JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking an IT Vendor Manager / VMO for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Irving, TX 75039 (some occasional onsite work required). The IT Vendor Manager will drive managing service provider relationships and ensure optimal performance of enterprise applications. The IT Vendor Manager must be a dynamic leader capable of conceptualizing, planning, and implementing complex programs, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. The IT Vendor Manager will be a proven thought leader, adept at navigating change and delivering tangible results. The IT Vendor Manager / VMO will specialize in Enterprise Applications and Service Delivery Operations, collaborating with stakeholders, the VMO, and S&P in vendor determination and selection. The IT Vendor Manager / VMO will participate in contract negotiation, while maintaining performance monitoring and communications between vendors and stakeholders. The IT Vendor Manager / VMO must possess expertise in SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, CRM, SCM, and HRMS, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, cost efficiency, and quality standards. The IT Vendor Manager / VMO will be involved in risk management and strategic planning, driving collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence to maximize vendor partnership value.
