Haul Truck Dispatcher - MRS Northwest

The Rental Haul Truck Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching haul truck drivers to job sites and other branch locations as needed.

As the Rental Haul Truck Dispatcher, you will be the point of contact customers, sales reps, and branch locations regarding the status of equipment deliveries and pick-ups.

Haul Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Continuous communication with customers, sales team, branches, and haul drivers
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Dispatch haul trucks through Integrated Rental Dispatch
• Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders and branch transfers

Haul Truck Dispatcher Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Previous dispatch experience
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Experience with Integrated Rental or equivalent dispatch software
• Familiar with Houston and surrounding areas
