• Make an Impact! The Outpatient Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role includes assessing, treating, and educating patients with respiratory conditions, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with established policies and best practices. The therapist will primarily work with patients who require pulmonary function testing, oxygen therapy, and chronic disease management, such as COPD, asthma, and sleep disorders.

Position: Respiratory Therapist MLHC
Shift: Full time - 40 hours

Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in an outpatient, pulmonary function testing, or chronic disease management setting.

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensures/Certifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required. Current Pennsylvania State Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred, depending on patient population.
