AHM's Call Center actively support Honda's mission of Lifetime Owner Loyalty by providing best-in-class customer assistance in a variety of modalities (phone, email, text, social media, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) This job is responsible for the facilitation of Contact Center specific curriculum and training supporting our vision of Customer First. This position works closely with Call Center Agents and stakeholders to train audience appropriate and department specific content, which may be delivered in several formats including e-learning, videos, business processes, PowerPoint, infographics, etc. Key Accountabilities
