We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Awareness Marketing team as a Sales Communications Manager to support our incredible Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and high-performing sales organization.
As Sales Communications Manager, you will work directly with our CRO and his leadership team to develop and execute communications programming, including mainstage/event keynotes and presentations, employee communications, and relevant company-wide communications. The BMC Helix is world-class organization and is kicking off a new era that includes modern sales motions, reimagined partnerships and alliances, all while transitioning into a newly independent company.
It's an exciting time to join and have an impact as the strategic communications partner to the CRO and his organization. To ensure success, you'll work within a team of seasoned communications experts around the world who orchestrate best-in-class communications programming.
This role will serve as a trusted business partner and requires a flexible, innovative team player with solid communications experience, strong writing and project management skills, a proactive attitude, a keen attention to detail, a passion for learning, the ability to quickly establish trust with business leaders and program teams, as well as influence and lead peers and colleagues.
This role will report to the Director of Awareness Marketing in BMC Helix to support communications and message alignment across the company for the CRO and the sales organization.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits. At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range.
