NY Financial Restructuring Bankruptcy Litigation Associate (3rd - 4th Year)

The New York office is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience to join our Financial Restructuring group. The Financial Restructuring Litigation team represents clients in a wide variety of disputes, primarily involving financial instruments and distressed situations.

Ideal candidates will have complex commercial litigation experience, particularly in New York state court, with a strong skillset in drafting briefs, legal research, and leading discovery workstreams. This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit group, have front-line responsibilities, and to provide a specialized skillset within a well-established platform.

Law Firm experience and admission to the New York Bar are required. Candidates must have strong writing, oral advocacy and organizational skills, and excellent academic credentials. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $310,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
