Your Role

In this exciting role you will collaborate with our Design Directors to develop design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. What You Will Do

  • Participate in the creative efforts on workplace interiors projects, helping to develop overall design concepts and design presentation strategies

  • Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy

  • Selecting interior finishes, furniture and equipment

  • Producing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation

  • Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives

  • Review drawings, mockups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractors

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of interior design

  • 2-6 years of interior design projects; recent workplace project experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape and other computer design programs

**The base salary range will be estimated between $68,000 - $80,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
