We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. This RN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management. This role is 50% phone triage and 50% patient-facing. Patient facing duties include approx. 20 Nurse Visits a week for our allergy patients administering allergy shots, venom immunotherapy, serum mixing for intradermal applications during skin testing, allergy skin testing, biologic med administration, biologic med training/education, medication allergy challenges, and medication desensitization. Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment. - Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Excellent verbal and communication skills. - Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
