Overview

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, document, and coordinate implementation of policies, processes,practices, procedures, standards, and specifications for the development, test, manufacture, and production of products, systems, or equipment in accordance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and accountability in multiple computing systems (Example: 3DExperience, PDM, Enovia, etc.).
- Apply business and management principles to deploy processes in compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements including control of product configuration, management of product configuration information, and maintenance of configuration accountability records.
- Work at group level and organization level to administer processes in support of projects and programs.
- Implement, plan, and manage changes to product configurations and product configuration information.
- Verify that product configuration, subcontract deliverables, and prime contract deliverables are in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Review and coordinate with other disciplines, customers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to monitor compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply knowledge of external standards development organizations (e.g. SAE, ASME, DOD, etc.) and the company'sinternal governance structures, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience with a bachelors degree or 0-2 years with a Masters
- 2-4 years of experience in change control within a manufacturing environment
- 2-4 years of data entry and data analysis experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
- Experience with SAP and/or CERP programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Enovia, 3DExperience and SAP.
- Auditing or working within an audit team to confirm compliance with documented procedures
- Leadership experience / ability to effectively drive results from start to finish in a dynamic environment
- Customer interface and cross-functional project management
- Proficient in gPLM, especially BCCM
