Psychiatrist - PHP/IOP
Location: Mokena, IL

Required Travel: Linden Oaks Hosptial, Naperville, IL

Endeavor Health is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in need of structured outpatient support.

Position Highlights:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for patients in PHP/IOP.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of behavioral health services.
  • Work in a structured yet flexible setting that allows for meaningful patient engagement without overnight or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: DO or MD from accredited residency program
  • Certification & Licensure:
    • Current medical license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
    • Board certification or Board eligible
    • DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
