The Facility Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for facility operations & maintenance for a State of the Art Training Center located east of Downtown Atlanta. The Facility Coordinator will provide facility solutions for the client through work order management, and oversight of the preventative maintenance program with the support of vendor relationships. Additionally, the Facility Coordinator will support elements associated with contract management, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, meetings, tours, and emergency planning processes.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate client scheduling needs related to meeting rooms through phone, email & personal interaction, which includes but is not limited to reserving rooms, generating work orders for dispatch to appropriate service provider, and offering suggestions for meeting arrangements.
Responsible for greeting and directing guests to their destinations.
Provide coordination and hosting support for meetings.
Support the bidding process and assist the Client's Procurement Agent to ensure compliance with the Client's contractual policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain the facility maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for client on status of work orders and facility activity.
Promote and foster positive relationships with client and FM team and track service calls as required.
Assist with monthly and yearly management reports.
Assist in facility accounting responsibilities.
Maintaining high levels of service and productivity, providing back up coverage during the Facility Manager's absence.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma/GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of real estate property /facility management or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with others well, give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision
A strong team player, service-oriented attitude and unwavering positive outlook
