Job Title: Executive Communication Specialist Location: Transformation Office, Client of TEKsystems, Plano, TX (Hybrid) Job Summary: A client of TEKsystems is seeking an Executive Communication Specialist to join their Transformation Office (TO). Experience in a telecom company or broadband company is highly preferred. This role involves drafting communications between the TO and business units, the executive team, and other stakeholders. The candidate will maintain the communication calendar and timelines, create email communications, executive-level PowerPoint presentations, and facilitate the creation of executive talking points for internal and external communication around TO priorities and accomplishments. Key Responsibilities: * Write internal email communications and weekly newsletters between the TO and stakeholders across Optimum. * Create executive PowerPoint presentations and templates, and facilitate the collection of information from business units. * Maintain the calendar of communications and ensure TO leadership is aware of upcoming needs. * Partner with Corporate Communications to create both internal and external talking points for executives to communicate TO priorities and accomplishments. Qualifications: * Strong written communication skills. * Experience creating communications for audiences ranging from frontline employees to executives. * High degree of organization and initiative. * Expert-level MS PowerPoint experience. * Prior experience creating monthly status updates such as newsletters and announcements. * Executive PowerPoint creation experience. * Internal communications on organizational updates. * Strong written skills for communicating company messaging. * High degree of organization and initiative. * Prior experience creating monthly status updates such as newsletters and announcements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
