*Description*
-6+ years of increased responsibility in import customs compliance roles (professional services firm(s), Fortune 500 company, etc.) -Licensed Customs Broker License preferred. -Advanced FTZ experience and managing external partners. -Knowledge of US Customs programs including Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders, and PGAs (e.g. FDA, EPA.) -Proficiency with MS Office and SAP-GTS. -Project Management experience -Data management, KPIs, metrics development and management -FTZ Audit program management Description -Support Apple's Global Trade FTZ program and vendor management -Conduct audits of FTZ estimates admissions and weekly customs entries -Manage and monitor external partners including weekly meetings, compliance requests, shipment validations etc. -Monitor, measure and develop reports with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs.) -Evaluate new government requirements and partner with regional teams to ensure import compliance. -Ensure legal regulatory compliance with all aspects of FTZ operations. -Manage any system related issues and root cause analysis -Manage classification specific projects as assigned. -Manage and present metrics to management team -Conduct desk verifications and on-site audits with external partners -Create and maintain process and procedures. -Create effective and clear communication with stakeholders (Emails, Presentations, etc.) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
