*Job Description:*
* As a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will proactively monitor and update the Activity Calendar and the Government Regulatory email box for relevant communications. * Your responsibilities include preparing documentation for authorization of new company directors and higher level officers, maintaining insurance licenses for all company affiliates, and assisting account managers with licensing. * You will also submit numerous reports and surveys to various states, assist with premium rate and insurance form filings, manage company, branch, and mortgage loan originator licenses, maintain surety bond requirements, complete state examination requests, and maintain tracking systems for deadlines and renewals. * Additionally, you will provide training, project support, and backup assistance within the team, plan and organize procedures and job aides, and manage and execute projects within specific deadlines. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Nuance PDF, Notes, PowerPoint), MS Teams. * Strong accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to organize and manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment. * Experience using multiple systems and state websites to complete tasks and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Previous experience working in a legal department with regulatory experience or law firm preferred. * Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information. * Comprehension of legal terminology. * Familiarity with mortgage loan underwriting process. *Work Environment:* * Onsite M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch unpaid; 37.5 hours a week. Friday remote. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
