Property Manager I

Location: Westhaven Apartments located in N. Baltimore, Ohio

Part time- 24 hours a week

We're hiring a Property Manager to oversee affordable housing communities. You'll handle daily operations, ensure compliance with housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC), manage staff, and maintain strong resident relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property operations and budgets

• Maintain compliance with housing programs

• Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident files

• Support residents and handle maintenance needs

• Supervise and train onsite staff

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' property management experience (affordable housing preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• CPM, ARM, or similar certifications preferred
