Manager, Basis - SAP Technology

We're looking for a full-time, staff Manager, Basis - SAP Technology, to join the Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA

Responsible for the overall performance, availability, operations, and quality of the SAP technology infrastructure. Provide high-level technical expertise and management for the design, implementation, and support of SAP technology infrastructure. Create policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for best operational practices of SAP technologies infrastructure.

As the Manager, Basis - SAP Technology, here's the work you'll do:

• Responsible for management & career development of the SAP Basis team. Administer work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions; motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance to reach their short and long-term goals.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate resources in the architecture, design, delivery, and support of projects for new and existing SAP solutions. Ensure proper quality installation, configuration of SAP Netweaver applications and components
• Develop and manage effective working relationships with customers, share information where appropriate, and integrate activities with other Corporate IT areas to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
• Defines, Develops and Maintains the processes and procedures necessary to operate and monitor the technical environments. Implements and supports enterprise applications in a global environment. Develops methodologies and practices to manage and plan system capacity based on projected growth rate to ensure system performance remains at acceptable levels.
• Develops and tracks activities through project plans. Ensures that projects meet established time and cost parameters while adhering to established practices, procedures and standards.
• Ensures that all SAP and other enterprise infrastructure project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives

• 3-5 Years' management experience
• 7-10+ years' experience designing, installing, configuring, and supporting SAP Basis Technologies And if you have these qualifications:
• Great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening process.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $140,800 - $228,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
