Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake is looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our dedicated team! Since 2006, Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake has ensured seniors have every opportunity to enjoy a rewarding lifestyle. With 142 independent living, assisted living, memory care apartments and 64 long-term and transitional care suites, our Brooklyn Park campus is a vibrant, established community where it's easy to establish positive connections.

A Home Health Aide is responsible for:



  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Administer medications.
  • Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide companionship to residents.
  • Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.


Part-time position available in Assisted Living/Memory Care include working every other weekend and every other holiday:



  • 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (15 hours per two-week pay period)


Qualifications:



  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is preferred, but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments
  • Dependability
  • Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
  • Documentation skills; excellent verbal and written skills
  • Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Pay Range: $18.44 - $25.03/hour depending on experience.
