Job Description Rockwell Automation's EDGE Leadership Development Program is a 2-year program designed to develop future leaders and innovators. As an EDGE Associate, you'll experience diverse 6-month rotations across the US, gaining exposure to the organization, working with leaders, and developing essential skills. The program includes classroom training, mentoring, career planning, networking, and interaction with global engineering teams. We seek driven engineering graduates for the Business and Commercial Engineering track within the Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) business unit. As a Business and Commercial Engineering track associate, you'll contribute to key business initiatives, including commercial content creation, application development, product management, customer engagement, and technical consulting. You'll work with cutting-edge industrial automation technology, gaining hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation's products and seeing their application in various industries. You will craft a personalized rotation and development plan, in partnership with your manager and technical mentors, to prepare for post-program placement into a vital role on one of our commercial, application, or services teams.
