The
Customer Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding new and existing customers through the onboarding process for Caterpillar's digital platforms, ensuring they are equipped to successfully use the tools to support their operations and business with Foley. This role involves training customers on Caterpillar-specific systems, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with the Customer Equipment Solutions team to streamline processes related to customer onboarding and connectivity. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring customers understand how to maximize the value of digital solutions while maintaining a seamless experience.
