U.S. Energy POSITION SUMMARYSchedule for this position is Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or until work is completed.

Perform daily terminal inventory control and input into Guardian III system. Maintain documents and coordinate duties associated with additive VAR, product receipts/transfers, and all related processes. This position is the bridge between terminal operations and various corporate departments. This individual will manage and maintain office operations. Someone within this role will need to be available for customer questions and troubleshooting via phone and email. Coordinate with managers, technicians and field associates as needed to complete service and repairs of the facility. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze problems and insure accurate inventory control and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate shipping/receiving of parts and supplies for the facility.
  • Update and maintain terminal files such as driver, carrier, and transport information.
  • Update and organize daily rail operations for technicians.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding rail and barge activity.
  • Provide superior customer service and troubleshooting advice to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist manager and technician's associates.
  • Shop vendors for most economical sources on parts and supplies.
  • Follow safety and environmental procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

* Good computer skills - Windows, Internet, Microsoft Excel/Word.

* Strong customer service/phone skills

* Exceptional problem-solving abilities

* Superior number scanning accuracy.

* Command operation of DTN Guardian III system.

* Able to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations if needed

* Valid driver's license and ability to meet company drivers policy requirements

* Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds

* Able to solve operational problems as assigned by terminal manager
