Staffmark is hiring an experienced Welder Fabricator for a manufacturing client in Minster, OH. Pay Rate: $21.00/hr (1st shift)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Flux-Cored Welding (not classroom training).
• Proficient in blueprint reading for fabrication projects.
• Previous experience in a fabrication and welding shop environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal columns, beams, and frames.
• Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) in a shop environment.
• Use fabrication techniques to assemble and weld structural components.
