Summary:
|
Performs general housekeeping duties including; cleaning light fixtures, HVAC vents, floors and workstations. Responsible for trash disposal, maintaining supplies, and assisting with facility event function setup and teardown.

Essential Responsibilities:
|
Responsible for personal compliance to all applicable OSHA requirements. Work in a manner to prevent avoidable accidents and safeguard all hazards. Utilize approved PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. Utilize approved tools, ladders and equipment at all times. Utilize Lock-Out / Tag-Out to ensure safe work environment. Report all known hazards to Management immediately. Responsible for general daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly housekeeping duties. Maintain proper inventory of supplies as required for general housekeeping duties. Assist in setup and teardown of tables and chairs for facility events. May also be assigned other misc. tasks and projects as needed.

Education:
|
* High School Diploma or GED
|
Experience & Background:
|
* One (1) to three (1-3) years of related work experience
|
Language Skills:
|
* Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
|
Mathematical Skills:
|
* General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
|
Reasoning Ability
|
* Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions * General problem solving abilities * Mechanically Inclined * Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness * Must be able to read English to understand written procedures, hazardous warning, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle, feel, pick or pinch, and talk or hear most of the time. The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in this location is moderate (use of computers, printers and machines). Limit weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is no more than 50 pounds. When lifting loads heavier than 50 pounds, requirement is to use two or more people to lift the load. Ability to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to use and work on ladders and or elevated lifting devices.
