High School (required)
Experience
Working knowledge of applicable State Statues and County Ordinances and Department policies, rules and procedures. (preferred)
Knowledge of courtroom procedures. (preferred) Successfully complete all State mandated services and training, attend any additional training as required by the Department. (required) Prior experience as a Law Enforcement Officer is required. (required) Must meet requirements of Dodge County Driver Qualification Policy. (required) Must be 21 years of age, be law enforcement certified by the State of Wisconsin, possess an Associate Degree in Police Science or have 60 credits toward a Bachelor's Degree in law enforcement related field or meet grandfather provisions as identified in the State Administrative Code. Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered (required) |
