Responsibilities & Expectations:

We are seeking a Field Service Supervisor who shares our commitment to providing an Unmatched Customer Experience (UCE). This individual will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Field Service Technicians, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Field Service Supervisor will play a key role in managing daily activities, providing guidance, and fostering a safety-first culture.

  • Supervise and support Field Service Technicians, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and customer commitments.
  • Coordinate the deployment of field service resources to meet customer needs and project requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure an Unmatched Customer Experience by addressing inquiries and keeping them informed about services and project status.
  • Foster a culture of safety by promoting compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and service center leaders to ensure alignment with operational goals and customer expectations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for Field Service Technicians to enhance skills and performance.
  • Monitor and manage job progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of action plans to achieve operational goals, including resource planning and scheduling.
  • Support Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • NETA certification required
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and fostering a safe working environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Technical knowledge of field service operations, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience preferred.
