Job Description

Position Summary

This position supports the Project Management team by tracking task progress/completion, updating project schedules in MS Project, and assisting in report/document preparation for monthly update meetings and NPI gate process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request project numbers and assist in the development of new projects by adjusting timelines, key milestones, and resource allocation in Microsoft PWA
  • Support management of NPI/MOL projects by monitoring and publishing task progress in Microsoft Project
  • Email team members to request and collect updates on their assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate recording of project progress
  • Verify submission of appropriate documentation to designated project SharePoint sites
  • Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings between project management and various cross-functional teams; Document discussions and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate monthly project review meetings by preparing updated PowerPoint presentations and dispersing them to the team
  • Maintain reports on resourced and pending projects for use by product management team
  • Collaborate with other interns to share insights, support each other on tasks, and contribute to team projects
  • Facilitate improvement of project management procedures with tasks such as assisting in the creation of revised project templates
  • Complete ad hoc project management, data collection, and data entry tasks for project managers

Minimum Education Level:

High School Diploma

Enrolled in a university undergraduate program

Graduation Year 2027- 2029
