Directs overall operations of the Gift Shop including planning, organizing, directing and controlling merchandising and sales activities of the Gift Shop. Supervises Gift Shop personnel which includes volunteers. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY Associate degree in Business Administration/Management or related field with experience in retail market required. Bachelors degree preferred. Demonstrated management skills preferred. Strong interpersonal skills required. EXPERIENCE One to three years experience in retail store required. Previous experience in hospital Gift Shop or similar boutique preferred.
