Job Description: Cares for individuals with behavioral health conditions or disabilities. Functions as treatment team member, assisting patient goal attainment. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being. Participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs, activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living.
