As aFinancial Analyst, you will support the financial activities of USPR stores with month end closing, financial analysis and reporting, as well as day to day financial activities. This position works closely with zone general managers, regional sales managers, operation and marketing team. You will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities Assist in the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate results Responsible for financial reporting including analysis, interpretation and communication of monthly financial results; lead deviation analysis and explanation of key performance drivers; assist with monthly forecasting. Provide proactive analysis ofmarket trends, customer and product/brand performance to support profitable growth and investment. Manage customer rebate accruals and payments. Provide ad hoc analysis including but not limited to customer profitability, margin analysis, contract/deal analysis and cost reduction. Work collaboratively with cross functional partners, including global business services, marketing, credit and supply chain. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a finance related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required. Proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP/prior SAP experience required. Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase Reporting/Hyperion Planning preferred. Ability to provide detailed information to management in a summarized and succinct manner. Must have ability to analyze and interpret financial data and determine appropriate course of action. #LI-Hybrid PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
