1st Shift position, Monday - Friday, 7am to 330pm, OT and Weekends as needed!

2nd shift position, Monday - Friday, 315pm o 1115pm, OT and Weekends as needed!

Starting pay $24.25/hr!!!

$1.00/hour shift differential for qualifying shift!!!

As a Production Associate, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities

• Employees will operate one of several automated pieces of equipment to support safe production of product
• Work is typically fast paced in nature
• Work is conducive to people that enjoy working on a team
• Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, and Hearing protection are required and provided
• Change out rolls and expand metal.
• Perform testing as needed.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read and write English, required.
• 1 to 2 years' experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined highly recommended.
• Must be able to do basic math, read a tape measure, required.
• Familiar with calipers and micrometers, scales, microscopes preferred.
• A knowledge of general hand tools.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
