Mass General Brigham \| MetroWest Region Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team - a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance. This role supports short-term primary care coverage at established community practices across our system. Rather than managing your own panel, you'll step into well-resourced clinics to care for patients while their usual provider is on leave or transitioning. Assignments typically last several weeks to a few months, giving you schedule stability while eliminating panel management responsibilities.
