Overview SUMMARY OF POSITION The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping of the Avon Facility with regard to equipment, utilities, building systems, grounds and all services required for daily operations. Maintenance and housekeeping of all building systems, equipment and grounds, whether performed by outside contractors or internal resources

WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment.
