We are looking for a Project Manager - Power Systems to take charge of industrial power and power generation projects. In this role, you will:

• Own the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality completion.
• Create structure in fast-changing environments, managing shifting deadlines, goals, and priorities with confidence.
• Analyze and interpret data, using insights to drive better project decisions and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables, maintaining a sharp focus on profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, always staying ahead of potential project roadblocks.
• Work hands-on with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Keep up relentless attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of your projects is optimized for success.
• Thrive in an intense, fast-moving environment that demands high energy, focus, and leadership.

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Preferred.
• Experience - 5+ years in project management within power generation, industrial power, or electrical systems.
• Certifications - PMP certification preferred.
• Technical Knowledge - Expertise in diesel/gas generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and power distribution.
• Leadership & Communication - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency - Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Travel - Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
