Senior Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

Oversee and improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of CNC equipment by developing maintenance strategies, leading the maintenance groups, conduct inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, review, and modify maintenance procedures, guidelines and schedules for CNC and other equipment inside manufacturing.
• Develop and support execution of complex equipment repair.
• Perform inspections and conduct routine maintenance of CNC and other machines.
• Implement best maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability.
• Provide support to maintenance groups in assessing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Development of maintenance team's capability to become better trained maintenance personnel.
• Responsible for maintaining all forms, logs, and records according to Quality Management System.
• Responsible for completion of all other related or unrelated assigned tasks or duties from management.
