  • Ensurepromptandcourteousattentiontoallconsumerinquiriesinorderforinternalandexternalcustomerexpectationstobemetandsurpassed.
  • Assistconsumerswithallformsofproductinformationinquiries,includingproductavailability,qualityinquiries,sparepartsrequestandproductwarrantyinquiries
  • LiaisewithWarehouseDistributionstafftocommunicateconsumerdeliveryexpectationsforsparepartorreplacementproducts.
  • Ensureallconsumercallsandlettersareansweredinatimelyandprofessionalmanner.
  • EnsureallinformationiscapturedintheAS400systemtomaintainaConsumerdatabase.
  • EnsurethatallSafetyComplaintsarefullydocumentedandreportedtorelevantstaffasapriority.

ProductKnowledge

  • Maintainanacceptablelevelofproductknowledgeinordertoprovideaccurateandup-to-dateinformationtobothinternalandexternalcustomers.
  • LiaisewithBusinessUnitstafftoshareandreceiveinformationproductknowledge,promotionsandconsumerconcerns.

  • ProvideandmaintainallConsumerResponseKeyPerformanceIndicators,includingtypeandnumberofConsumerrelatedinquiriesissuedandgatherstatisticsfromthe1300phonesystem.
  • Filingandmaintenanceofrelevantconsumercorrespondencedocumentsintoarchivestorage.
  • Processandrecordactivitiestoensuretheday-to-daycontrolofconsumertransactionsandtofacilitatedatacapture.
