Trainer Westborough, MA, USA Req #3895 Friday, February 21, 2025 Location: Statewide Corrections - Spectrum's Medication of Addiction Treatment (MAT) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday or when needed Pay rate: $65,000-$70,000/annually The Trainer is responsible for: Overseeing, developing, and implementing competency-based training to ensure that all staff are proficient in program delivery, medication for addiction treatment and substance use disorders. Identifying specific training needs through trend analysis and continuous quality improvement data in conjunction with the Statewide Corrections MOUD Director, Clinical Supervisors and the Quality Assurance Manager. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week Qualifications: Must possess knowledge of medication-assisted treatment, behavioral health, mental health, correctional treatment services, and quality improvement processes and systems Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in healthcare administration, human services, psychology, education, social work, or closely related field and certification in addiction or mental health Licensure preferred Based on a mandate from Massachusetts Department of Corrections, any Spectrum employee working in a MA DOC facility or pursuant to the MOUD Contract must be fully vaccinated and no exemptions are permitted.
