Wall, Wall, NJ 07719 Job Overview: The Mental Health Screener plays a critical role in providing prompt mental health assessments and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric distress. This position will assist in the facilitation of intake processes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation of all clinical activities to maintain program efficiency and quality patient care. The S-Cope Program provides services to clients 55 and older in Long-Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living, and Hospitals settings, focusing on non-pharmacological interventions for managing behavioral issues.
