About This Role: Forrester Research is seeking a Principal Analyst to be a critical member of the research team responsible for our technology executive practice. This practice serves CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives within IT and helps them achieve high performance - the ability to deliver great business results through technology. The Principal Analyst delivers research that encompasses: 1) IT strategy and portfolio management, 2) governance and risk management, 3) financial management and budgeting with a focus on economic trends and cost optimization, and 4) performance management. The Principal Analyst has a strong understanding of CIO/CTO concerns and priorities; helps them understand the implications of technology, economies, labor, and other key trends on IT strategy; and they will guide these executives in aligning strategic objectives with emerging technologies, economic realities, and the evolving demands of high-performing IT operating model. Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition, with the exception of New York City. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.
