Job Details Dental Surgical Assistant Supervisor oversees day to day operations of clinical staff, solves on the spot problems, provides staff in services and supply management. Provides chairside surgical support to the oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures and facial pain physicians.Supervises all Dental Surgical assistants handling on the spot issues as they arise, creates weekly staffing assignments Oversees all OMFS locations for compliance on maintenance logs Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies for all OMFS locations Conducts routine in-servicing for dental assistant staff for all OMFS locations. Proficient in radiographs and provides in-servicing to staff for all OMFS locations. Enforce clinical policies/ procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission, OSHA, ADA, as well as TJUH Safety, Infection Control and Quality Assurance. Ensure Patient safety following BLS guidelines Job Description Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D required. Accredited dental assisting program certification preferred. Certifications:
