The company has embarked on a large, enterprise-wide, digital transformation that includes a migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud for many of their applications and business functions. The candidate will provide top-tier support for internal employees , specifically the quotes and orders team, sales representatives, credit and billing. In total, there are about 600 employees with these functions.
