As a Senior Program Manager within our Strategic Program Managment org. on our Cloud Innovation Program Management (CIPM) team, you will be responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams across the CO+I organization, including Microsoft Engineering Groups, global capacity and deployment planning teams, real estate and datacenter industry experts, engineering, operations, security, risk design and execution pillars. You will serve a critical role to harness disparate work streams across the key stakeholders and develop mature and repeatable processes. As a critical part of the CIPM team within Microsoft's CO+I Organization, this role will help define how we improve overall delivery for new Cloud initiatives. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Develop, manage, and maintain project/program related processes, procedures, reports, training, and improvement plans.Collaborate across groups within CO+I and across the company to deliver results.Oversee multiple projects and/or programs working across multiple internal and external teams to ensure they are successfully delivered in accordance with established requirements, timelines and within budget.Document and improve work processes to make workflow more efficient and productive.Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize managed programs via meetings, presentations, and other forums.
