Business Analyst, Assoc

We are searching for a Business Analyst, Assoc (skilled and experienced testing personnel) on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) The person will be conducting comprehensive testing across multiple platforms, including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems. The testing services will cover various assessments such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Location: Juno Beach, FL

This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Functional Testing:

• Verify that each module functions as intended and meets the specified functional requirements.
• Test various functionalities and processes within each module to ensure they perform their intended functions accurately and consistently.
  
  Identify and report any defects or issues encountered during functional testing.

2. Regression Testing:

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that changes or updates to the modules do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Validate that previously tested functionalities continue to work as expected.
• Identify and report any regressions or unintended consequences resulting from module changes.
  
  

3. Integration Testing:

• Test the integration of the modules with other relevant systems and applications within the Xploration Destiny program.
• Ensure that data flows accurately and seamlessly between different modules and systems.
• Identify and resolve any integration issues or data inconsistencies.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define test scenarios and conduct UAT.
• Verify that the modules meet the requirements and expectations of end-users.
• Gather feedback from users and address any identified usability or functionality issues.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in testing across various platforms including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems.
• Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent defect reporting and resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and end-users.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation
