Job Summary
Provide overall management direction for all maintenance services functions. Responsible for profit and loss of maintenance division. Obtain optimum efficiency, quality, safety and timely implementation of all work on site. Implement and oversee company Quality Assurance/Quality control, project safety, and accountability programs while maintaining FULL compliance with the company.
Essential Functions
- Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics."

- Promote and maintain safety culture for maintenance division. Responsible and accountable for the safety of all employees in the maintenance division.
- Establish division objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
- Plan, staff and supervise all division activities including personnel administration, performance review, defining functions, responsibilities, etc.
- Maintain positive financial posture for the division Monitor cost analysis activities on routine basis.
- Perform and direct research and client contract to identify potential clients (customers) and become familiar with potential maintenance clients. Develop and present business proposals to potential new clients. Maintain competitiveness and excellent client relationship to assure contract renewal with existing clients.
- Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by the division or subsidiary. Develop organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate dictate.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division or subsidiary's operating needs or as directed by corporate dictate.
- Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.
- Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision.
Qualifications
- Educational and experience requirements include: Ten or more years supervisory or equivalent experience in similar maintenance type facility or related industry, 5+ year technical or business administration degree or equivalent, (advanced degree - MBA preferred), plus extensive experience in the refining or construction industry.
- Advanced knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, technology, equipment and reliability programs required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Position has overall P/L responsibility and requires proficient business development, marketing, and sales skills.

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
Full range for this position, available over time: $64.00 to $81.00 per hour
